Diffusion Bonded Crystals are crystals consisting of two,three or more parts material with different doping levels. They are combined by optical contact method and further bonded under high temperature. Diffusion Bonded Crystal helps to decrease thermal lens effect considerably.This bonding technology in laser applications can not only greatly improve the laser performance and beam quality, but also conductive to the intergration of laser systems and access to large-size crystals.
